At Alcove Integrative Medicine, we understand that each patient's journey is unique. That's why we do not charge a mandatory monthly fee to access our services. We provide fee for service, time-based pricing. As we grow, we will be incorporating a variety of pricing plans to fit your individual needs and budget. Our goal is to offer group visits and packages to bring down the cost of visits without compromising the quality of your healthcare.

We are working on creative funding efforts to bring the power of integrative medicine to underserved populations, as well as to offer need-based pricing in the office. Accessibility is as important to us as it is to you, and we pledge to keep this a top priority. Let us help you make the most informed decisions to match your healthcare needs with your budget and have the best experience possible.

Functional Medicine office visits:

New patient office visits -
- 1 hour and 15 minutes - $625
  - +15 minutes - $125

Established office visits -
- 45 minutes - $375
- 30 minutes - $250

Aesthetic Consultations - $50-$500
Plastic Surgery second opinion - $500/hour
Dysport - $6 per unit
Botox - $15 per unit
Sculptra - $895 per vial
Hyaluronic acid filler - $750 per 1ml syringe
PRP / PRFM for facial rejuvenation - $750 (1 tube)
PRP / PRFM for facial rejuvenation - $1,000 (2 tubes)
PRP / PRFM for facial rejuvenation package of 3 - $2,000 (1 tube)

We are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance.

We accept HSA and FSA cards.

All initial consultations are done in person. Subsequent follow up visits can be done via telehealth, unless a physical exam is deemed necessary. Everyone is welcome to come into the office for every visit. A minimum of two in person visits are required per year to safely administer prescription medications and complex nutraceutical supplementation. Telehealth visits are performed using a HIPAA compliant link through our medical record system. A text or email link will be sent to you.

A deposit of 50% of your appointment is taken for all new patient appointments. You will forfeit your deposit if you miss your appointment or do not cancel within 2 business days (48 hours) of your appointment.
